This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Retail Ecommerce Ltd.
Digital Product Delivery
All products sold are digital products (eBooks) delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment:
- The product is made available immediately on the confirmation page
- A download link is also sent to the customer’s provided email address
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is delivered instantly and considered received at the time of purchase.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the immediate access and irrevocable nature of digital products, refunds are not provided except where required by law or under the limited circumstances described below.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of usage
- Misunderstanding of product content
- Failure to read product description
Limited Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
- A duplicate charge occurred
In such cases, we reserve the right to first:
- Re-send the product
- Provide alternative access
A refund will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved.

We actively monitor and contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
By purchasing, you agree that:
- The product was delivered digitally and made accessible immediately
- Proof of delivery includes access logs, download confirmation, and email delivery records
- Filing a dispute without valid reason may be considered abuse of payment systems
We reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers to defend against disputes.
European Union Notice
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days.
However, by purchasing a digital product with immediate access, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately upon purchase.
